Suggestion and Idea Gallery

This is the big new listing of suggestions that have popped up over the past week or more--a sort of showcasing of things to comment on and advise about and add on to! This thread is part of team-effort put forth by the GAs to gather a wide range of input on suggestions and ideas posed by other players, so all constructive (aka non-inflammatory) commentary is welcome!

Here are some ground rules before diving into criticism and such:
1. When making your comments, please number them with the number that corresponds to the suggestion you're addressing.
Example: 1) This is a really nice idea, I support it!!
5) I think that such and such should be tweaked about this cause then it would be more effective.
13) I really like this idea too!!

2. When making comments in response to another person's comment about a suggesting, number your comment with the number that corresponds to the suggestion being addressed, as well as directing your comment to the original user's comment.
Example 1) @Bob: Wow that's a really nice add-on to this idea!!
12) @Susan: Oh but if they do that, then this might happen!! Why not try this instead??

*Note: 1&2 is the suggested way to address commenting towards each suggestion/idea in order to keep things orderly and trackable for GMs/GAs and other readers. It's really hard to keep track of comments being made about so many suggestions. However, it's understandable if a reader just finds this way of commenting too complicated, in which case it is urged that you be VERY EXPLICIT in what and who your comments are directed at. Otherwise, we'll all end up getting confused!

-KEEP THINGS CONSTRUCTIVE, don't flame or shoot people down! The whole point of this is to encourage ideas and suggestions.

-Feel free to add your own suggestions if they aren't already on this list. If you make a new suggestion, it will be added onto this list and a post will be made to notify readers of the update.

-Fixing PvP is already being taken care of, so there is no need to discuss the rebalance. Primes do not need to find their way into this thread either, please.
