Actually dispatcher isn't just about the exp. You can randomly get colored text quest like green, orange, and red that gives different rewards also after doing a random amount you get rewarded with Violeta Stone and at later level Lunar Stone.

You don't have to do them but if you do, think of the actual kills and grinding as part of the exp JD gold gain not the lump sum at the end of the quest.

You will also get to know which mobs give you what exp depending on your level and you will know to choose which ones you want, and then you can avoid getting low level mobs to kill and focusing more on white/pink colored mobs for much better exp.
